The Steering Committee; Mission and Core Values Subcommittee; and the Challenges and Opportunities Subcommittee began 会议 at the end of November 2021. 焦点小组, 由机构有效性和评估办公室组织, 收集持份者对大学未来方向的建议和关注,并告知两个小组委员会的调查结果. Identification of 目标 and Strategies
During Spring 2022, 负责制定目标和战略的七个战略计划小组委员会有系统地定期开会,收集和分析数据, discuss key findings, and develop strategic goals to guide the University’s future. Importance of Key Performance Indicators
